'Non-Medline-references in Embase.com' will find only unique Embase-items and not items indexed by both Medline and Embase or 'unique-Medline'-items. 'Embase indexed' will find items only indexed by Embase, and the ones indexed by both Embase and Medline. This may lead to extra retrieval in Embase.
